Financial Trading Platform
Problem: A mid-sized brokerage firm needed a high-performance trading platform capable of processing real-time market data, executing trades with minimal latency, and meeting strict financial regulatory compliance requirements.
Solution: We designed and built a full-stack trading platform with a React front-end for real-time dashboard rendering, a .NET/Java backend for order management and risk controls, and PostgreSQL with time-series optimization for trade history and reporting. Infrastructure was deployed on AWS with auto-scaling and 99.99% uptime SLA architecture.

Warehouse Management System
Problem: A regional logistics operator was managing warehouse operations through disconnected spreadsheets and legacy software, causing inventory inaccuracies, slow order fulfillment, and limited visibility across multiple warehouse locations.
Solution: We developed a custom WMS application with Vue.js for the operator interface, a Node.js backend for real-time inventory tracking, and MySQL for structured warehouse data. The system integrated with the client's existing ERP via REST API and introduced barcode scanning, multi-location stock management, and automated fulfillment workflows.

Problem: A growing enterprise services firm needed to replace its outdated marketing website with a modern, high-performance digital presence that reflected its brand authority, improved lead generation, and delivered consistent performance across devices.
Solution: We delivered a Next.js-based corporate website with a headless CMS backend, optimized for Core Web Vitals and SEO. The site featured a modular component architecture for easy content updates, integrated contact and inquiry forms, and was deployed on a managed cloud environment with CDN delivery and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Cloud Migration
Problem: A manufacturing company running on-premises infrastructure faced escalating hardware costs, limited scalability during production peaks, and growing security exposure. The business needed to migrate core workloads to the cloud without disrupting ongoing operations.
Solution: We executed a phased cloud migration to Microsoft Azure — beginning with a workload assessment and dependency mapping, followed by infrastructure re-architecture using Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure SQL. We implemented VPN Gateway and Azure Firewall for secure hybrid connectivity during the transition, and established automated monitoring and backup policies post-migration.
